REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy governs refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, credit purchases and digital access within the E-DOLLS platform hereinafter, the “Platform”, operated by AI Analytics S.L.

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and shall be interpreted consistently therewith.

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICES

E-DOLLS is a fashion magazine, artistic photography platform and software-as-a-service service that provides editorial content and image editing, generation and processing tools based on artificial intelligence technologies and external APIs.

Certain services are delivered digitally and may involve immediate access to exclusive content, account features, credits, processing capacity or automated image-generation and editing tools.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CREDITS

The Platform may offer paid subscriptions, credit packages, promotional credits, free allowances or other access models.

Credits are used to access or execute digital services, including image generation, editing, processing, storage or other platform features, according to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Prices, available plans, included features, credit amounts and usage conditions may vary depending on the offer, country, taxes, payment provider and current commercial terms.

3. START OF DIGITAL SERVICE PERFORMANCE

By subscribing, purchasing credits or otherwise acquiring paid access, the user acknowledges that the digital service may begin immediately after purchase confirmation.

The digital service shall be considered started when the user consumes credits, initiates an image generation or editing process, accesses paid features, unlocks exclusive content, uses a paid tool, or otherwise benefits from the paid service.

4. NO REFUND AFTER USE OR ACCESS

Once the user has consumed any credits, initiated a paid processing action, accessed exclusive content, used paid functionality or otherwise received the benefit of the purchased digital service, no refund shall be due for that purchase, subscription period or credit package, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

This rule applies even if only part of the purchased credits has been consumed or only part of the exclusive content or paid functionality has been accessed.

Credits already consumed, processing already initiated, outputs already generated or exclusive access already provided are considered digital services already performed and cannot be returned.

5. ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES

Refunds may be considered, at the discretion of AI Analytics S.L. and subject to verification, in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical or payment-processing error.
  • A verified technical failure attributable to the Platform that prevents access to the purchased service and cannot reasonably be corrected.
  • An incorrect charge or billing error attributable to AI Analytics S.L. or its payment provider.
  • Cases where applicable mandatory consumer law requires a refund.

AI Analytics S.L. may offer, where appropriate, alternative compensation such as replacement credits, account correction, subscription extension or other reasonable remedial measures.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will generally not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after credits have been used or paid access has been accessed.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated or edited results where the service has been technically delivered.
  • Incorrect prompts, user mistakes, unsupported files or decisions made by the user.
  • Failure to use purchased credits before expiration where expiration was disclosed.
  • Account suspension, limitation or termination resulting from breach of the Terms or this Policy.
  • Promotional, bonus or free credits not paid for by the user.

7. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions through the account area, payment provider interface or other available cancellation channel.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period if the user has already consumed credits, accessed exclusive content or used paid features during that period.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

8. REQUESTING A REFUND

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact channels provided by the Platform and should include the account email, transaction reference, purchase date, payment provider, description of the issue and any supporting evidence.

AI Analytics S.L. may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the purchase, investigate the incident and determine whether the request falls within this Policy.

9. PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND PROCESSING TIMES

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible and may be subject to the timelines, technical limitations and rules of the relevant payment provider, card network or financial institution.

AI Analytics S.L. is not responsible for delays attributable to banks, card issuers, payment processors or external providers once a refund has been approved and submitted for processing.

10. MODIFICATIONS

AI Analytics S.L. may modify this Refund Policy to adapt it to legal, technical, commercial or operational changes.

Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the current version.
